Yes. I am happy to work and fly anywhere. You cover flights, hotel and local transport at cost, and I put it all in the quote so there are no surprises.
Yes. Every price is a starting point. Send me your budget and what you need, and we will find a package that works.
I confirm the delivery time in your quote, based on the size of the shoot.
Yes. Personal use and your own website and social media are included. Wider commercial use, like paid ads or print campaigns, is agreed upfront and quoted separately.
My focus is photography. If you need video too, I work with a trusted videographer and can add one to your package. It is quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need.
A 30% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due on or before the shoot day. You can move your date for free with 14 days notice. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, but it can be used for a later date within 6 months. If I ever have to cancel, you get everything back. Every booking is confirmed in writing in your quote.

Short, practical advice for getting better photos from any shoot.
Pick clothes you already feel good in. If you are tugging at a sleeve, it shows in the photo. Solid colours work best, and small busy patterns can look messy on camera. Bring two or three options so we can choose on the day. Think about where the photo will live: a LinkedIn headshot wants something you would wear to a client meeting, while a personal portrait can be anything. Iron or steam it the night before.
Send the schedule, the venue and the three or four people who matter most. Tell me the shots you cannot do without, like the speaker on stage or the sponsor wall, and I will build the day around them. Say how the photos will be used, because a website needs different frames than a press release. Everything else I catch as it happens.
One hour goes fast, so a little planning pays off. Pick one or two spots close together. Aim for early morning or the hour before sunset, when the light is soft. Choose two looks, not five. And tell me what you want to feel when you see the photos. That one sentence helps more than a long mood board.

I like candid pictures. My best frames happen when people forget the camera is there, so I keep shoots relaxed and let things unfold. Before photography I worked in compliance and operations, so corporate rooms don’t scare me. I show up on time, I read the brief, and I send photos you can use.
